If there are 200 sales during this launch celebration, and you've ordered at least one large gear set, then your free gear set will be upgraded to a free large gear set!
You can use the "Special instructions for seller" text box in the shopping cart page during checkout to specify which gear set you'd like. If no preference is stated then it'll be the Triangle Hoops (adjunct), Small Drops (small), or Oval (large) gear set.
There are two listing options to choose: "Ship immediately with the adjunct gear set" will have your order shipped as soon as possible with the adjunct gear set and "Hold my order and ship the best free gear set" will wait to ship your order until either the best option is unlocked or the month ends; at which point the best free gear set available will be included
