There are a few gear sets, like the modular gear set that have a small version that is a strict subset of the full sized version, the small versions are not included.

 

Half Shebang! 

There are 64 large gearset sheets (or equivalent) in the Whole Shebang.  A compact gear set, or an adjunct gear set is equivalent to 0.25 large gear set each.  Conversely the Enormous Oblong Hoops gear set and the Extra Long Oblong Hoops gear sets are each 1.5 large gear set equivelent.

For the half shebang offer you get to pick 32 large gear set sheets (or equivalent) and they'll be bundled up and shipped to you.  The selection of which pieces you want will be done by email after your purchase is completed.
